Welcome!
This is a group for writers who want to develop their work in a friendly and intimate environment, in the company of other local writers with maybe even some tea, coffee and biscuits!
The focus is on developing each person’s writing rather than any pressure towards publications and all levels and genres are welcome.
We follow a traditional workshop format where participants interested in workshopping their material will distribute the piece in advance of the meeting and expect thoughtful and constructive feedback from the members on the day. It is also a forum to talk generally about writing, and share news of literary events in the region.
Please email me on burywritersworkshop@gmail.com for details on when and where the next meeting will be.
Looking forward to meeting you writers!
